Due to the increased cost of freight and materials, we will no longer ship beef orders. Our product is currently being sold in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Area at Rufe Snow Farmers' Market in Watauga. The beef can also be purchased from the Beef Barn at the below prices. The Beef Barn is located 20 miles NW of Spearman at 10175 County Road H, which intersects with HWY 1261.

1 hand rolled salami (3/4 lb.)

Don't let the name fool you, it's not really salami as you think of it! This old family recipe is made from our tasty, lean, 100% ground beef and some spices. It's delicious with hot mustard or on a cheese tray. As one of the cowboys said, "it's a great snacker!" Cooked and ready to eat, it will keep in the refrigerator for months!

Salami can still be shipped since it does not require the dry ice.
